Rangatira Charters is operated by Ray
Penson and his family. Ray is a Master
Mariner who went to sea at an early age and
has travelled wordwide on a variety of
vessels.
After over 22 years at sea Ray has a
professional respect for the sea and is
committed to providing a safe and
comfortable yacht for your cruising pleasure.
Rangatira is fully equipped with safety
equipment and meets Maritime safety
Standards.
