| Charter Rates |
Rates include: All rates quoted are in New Zealand dollars, inclusive of equipment,
Insurance and NZ Gov't Tax at 12.50%.
The above rates are based on a minimum 3 day charter with boarding at 15:30 on the
first day and disembarking at 10:30 on the last day. The embarking day and
disembarking day count as one day.
Booking Deposit: A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% of the charter fee is
required with a completed booking form to confirm and secure your booking.
Refundable Bond: A refundable bond of NZ$1,000 is required in case of loss or
damage to equipment or vessel.
Discounts: Previous charterers are entitled to a 5% discount on charter rate. Also,
discounts are available on bookings longer than 2 weeks. Any discounts will be
notified and agreed at the time of booking. Please contact us for information.
Sailing Experience: Previous and proven sailing experience is a condition of hire.
Optional Hire: -
Towels (bath and Hand) NZ$ 10 per person per charter
Pillows & Pillow case NZ$ 10 per person per charter
Sleeping liners NZ$ 10 per person per charter
Consumables: LPG gas and water is included in the charter hire. Fuel usage is
charged at the end of the charter period based upon NZ$3 per engine running hour.
Provisioning Service: We can provision the boat prior to your arrival at cost plus 20%
handling fee. Let us know your requirements 7 days prior to departure. (You can visit

Airport Pick Up: Before and after your charter we can arrange for a hotel or airport
pick up/delivery at competitive rates. Just let us know what you need.
One way Charters: We can arrange one way charters. However, there will be an
additional cost to us in time and expense repositioning the yacht. As these costs
vary according to location please contact us to discuss.
Additional Services: If you require additional services, equipment (for example
childrens lifejackets) or any special needs please let us know
Cancellation: If made prior to 30 days before start of charter, a refund of deposit less
administration fee of $250.00 will be made. If made less than 30 days from beginning
of charter, a refund of deposit less administration fee of $250.00 will be made -
PROVIDED a suitable substitute charter can be found.
Rangatira Charters cannot make refunds for cancellations due to inclement weather
and Charterers are advised to provide themselves with insurance that will cover a
cancellation
